Because Green Earth Travel, LLC values our clients and wants to ensure their complete satisfaction, our company is committed to providing top-quality travel planning and customer service with each and every trip we book. That is why we like to be clear with our clients about exactly how we work with them to design perfect personalized vacations. In that spirit, here are a few policies we follow as a professional travel agency :
Plan-to-Go Fee
In order to book a vacation, Green Earth Travel, LLC requires a non-refundable plan-to-go fee of $75 per person that will go towards your future vacation.
Vegetarian Restaurant Listings
Green Earth Travel, LLC does not charge fees for vegetarian restaurant listings for trips booked through us. However, for trips booked through another travel agency, we charge a $10 per-city fee for vegetarian restaurant listings (based on whether such information is available).
Suppliers
Green Earth Travel, LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services we book, and acts solely as an agent for the companies that supply such services. Green Earth Travel, LLC thorougly vets the service suppliers that we contract with, and seeks to ensure their reliability. However, Green Earth Travel, LLC is not legally liable should our clients be dissatisfied with the travel services provided by these suppliers.
Travel Insurance
Green Earth Travel strongly recommends that all passengers booking vacations through us purchase travel insurance. The reason for this is that even the most reliable airlines, cruise lines and tour operators are subject to bankruptcy and financial default, and travel insurance usually enables consumers to get their ticket fees refunded in such an event.
Please note that travel insurance does not guarantee refunds for tickets purchased from airline ticket consolidators or wholesalers that go bankrupt or into default.
