Rafting on the Potomac
Live Green and Green Earth Travel are excited to announce a rafting trip with Outdoor Excursions this summer.
Outdoor Excursions specializes in whitewater kayaking classes and touring, as well as the closest rafting near DC. Their rafting trips through Great Falls Virginia are lead by expert guides, who make learning the basics fun while you enjoy the natural and historical surroundings of the Potomac River.
The trip is open to all ages and all experience levels. Tickets include a full day of rafting, a delicious river-side vegan lunch, and park entrance fees. The trip departs from Carderock Park (just off of the Clara Barton Parkway) at 9:45am and will return by 4pm. Space is limited so don’t get left behind!
