Explore Rome’s history and vegan offerings. Sail down the Cilento Coast to the caves of Palinuro. Spend a day in the Trulli huts. Enjoy olive oil like never before.

DAY 1 (Thursday) ROME
Arrive at our hotel in the historic center of Rome. Settle in and relax. Early evening, we’ll meet up to go enjoy a vegan foodie tour. (Dinner)
DAY 2 (Friday) ROME
While Rome has too many sites to see in one day, or even a whole week, we’ll assist you in shaping a satisfying day. We’ll meet up for dinner at a local vegan hot spot. (Breakfast, Dinner)
DAY 3 (Saturday) HERCULANEUM, SISTER CITY OF POMPEII
We say goodbye to Rome, and head south for a guided tour of the historic Herculaneum, followed by a classic Neapolitan lunch. Afterwards we visit Sorrento, its street artists and many shops. (Breakfast, Lunch)
DAY 4 (Sunday) AMALFI COAST
Today we help you decide which of the many things you can do on the coast: explore the Island of Capri, take a boat ride, visit the lemon orchards, join a food tour, get in on a cooking lesson, hike the Path of the Gods, or visit Positano and Amalfi. You have the whole day to explore. (Breakfast)
DAY 5 (Monday) CILENTO
Today we leave Sorrento and go further south to the National Park of Cilento. After checking into Borgo Ricco, we’ll meet up with our team chef Renata and learn how to make some local specialities and pasta. After lunch, you will have time to relax before we visit Agropoli. There we will visit the castle and a light dinner overlooking the sea. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 6 (Tuesday) PALINURO
Today we go to the beach. It’s actually one of the locations where Wonder Woman was filmed. The “gozza” are small wooden boats we‘ll take down the coast to a private beach, with free time to swim and enjoy a cold drink. On our return, we’ll stop and see the spectacular blue grotto. We will have lunch overlooking the water before ending our day back at Borgo Ricco. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 7 (Wednesday) PADULA AND MATERA
We rise early to visit The Certosa di San Lorenzo, the south’s largest antiquity. This is the birthplace of legendary police officer Joe Petrosino. We’ll visit his family home, and learn some mafia history. Then we travel to our final city, Matera. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 8 (Thursday) MATERA
Matera is the oldest living city in the world where we are staying in “i sassi” aka the cave dwellings. We will start with a light hike to the ravine where Mel Gibson filmed the Passion. This will be a free evening to explore the area. (Breakfast, Lunch)
DAY 9 (Friday) ALBEROBELLO & THE TRULLI HUTS
Today we visit the Trulli huts – unique houses for peasants once upon a time. These days most are shops and restaurants offering Puglia’s best olive oils, nuts, pastas, spices, special dried fava beans and more. Our goodbye lunch is in an old oil mill. (Breakfast, Lunch)
DAY 10 (Saturday) TRANSFER DAY
Transfer to the Bari airport or extend your stay to visit more of the south. (Breakfast)
